In Barbara’s years of practicing predominantly FAMILY LAW, she has helped numerous clients get back on their feet. She is experienced with all issues involved in a divorce, including custody and placement of children, child and spousal support, and property division. She also advises clients on all other related details, such as health insurance coverage, allocation of tax exemptions, determination of tax filing status, and much more. After a divorce is final, Barbara makes sure assets awarded to her clients are titled in their names, and proper beneficiary designations are made on life insurance policies and retirement accounts, among other important tasks. For those seeking an option from the traditional adversarial method of divorce, Barbara has also been trained in the areas of Collaborative Divorce and Divorce Mediation. She is also experienced in the areas of ESTATE PLANNING and REAL ESTATE. Barbara is a Partner at the firm.
