Since 1971, Joseph (Skip) Beisenstein has been litigating PERSONAL INJURY and commercial disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants. Since 1996, he has mediated more than 2,000 cases in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. In addition to being recognized as an even-handed, objective attorney, the Wisconsin Law Journal cited Skip as “… always a gentleman. His perspective is very balanced … he gives people the kind of guidance that a neutral should. He’s always prepared. And he makes the people involved in the process feel at ease.” Prior to joining the firm, Skip was in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps and is currently a Shareholder in the Menn Law Firm.
