After receiving her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, Megan went on to earn her J.D. from Marquette University Law School.While pursuing her law degree, Megan also earned a multi-disciplinary certificate in dispute resolution from the Marquette University Graduate School.
Megan honed her litigation and dispute resolution skills as a competitor in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition in New York City and as a mediator in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.She also got an insider’s view of the judicial decision making process as an intern for a Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
As a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, Megan has represented clients in a variety of matters, including personal injuries, contract and insurance disputes, landlord/tenant issues, real estate disputes, and administrative hearings.In every case, Megan listens carefully to the client’s concerns and objectives and strives to achieve the best result through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, or litigation.
