A bachelor’s degree in engineering drew Mark to the technical aspects of product liability. In 27 years of practicing law, he has a track record of helping individuals and businesses in a variety of litigation areas. His experience with PERSONAL INJURY claims involves accidents attributed to automobiles, mechanical equipment and the environment, as well as various work related injuries, construction site injuries, chemical injuries and more. In business law, he has represented parties in internal and external disputes, breach of contract and competitive disputes. Mark is a Managing Partner and Vice President at Menn Law Firm.
