Pat focuses his practice in the area of business law and litigation. He is routinely asked to become involved early in the process, providing guidance on litigation avoidance. When necessary, Pat guides clients through the litigation process, and presents their case to a jury. Pat also focuses his practice on employment-related issues, representing employers. He has also assisted businesses on issues involving breach of contract claims, real estate disputes and collection matters.
Pat also has extensive experience in matters involving personal injury. His practice is split equally between representing injured people and insurance companies. This unique position allows Pat to objectively analyze a claim and provide insight from both perspectives. Pat has represented hundreds of clients involved in a variety of cases from motor vehicle accidents and “slip and falls” to injuries from medical negligence and defective products.
Pat has been a Shareholder in the Menn Law Firm since 2000.
