Pat focuses his practice in the area of BUSINESS LAW and litigation. He is routinely asked to become involved early in the process, providing guidance on litigation avoidance. When necessary, Pat guides clients through the litigation process, and presents their case to a jury. Pat assists clients who find themselves involved in a wide variety of disputes, from matters involving employment-related claims, to breach of contract claims, to real estate disputes and collection matters.

Pat also has extensive experience in matters involving PERSONAL INJURY. His practice is split equally between representing injured people and insurance companies. This unique position allows Pat to objectively analyze a claim and provide insight from both perspectives. Pat has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims and slip and fall incidents. Pat also represents doctors and other health care professionals in defending themselves against claims of medical negligence.

Pat has been honored to be included in the ranking of Wisconsin Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Only 2.5% of young attorneys in the state are selected. In addition, Pat has been selected for inclusion in the Wisconsin Super Lawyers® as a Super Lawyer in 2011.  Pat was also was invited to be a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, an honorary society of trial attorneys composed of less than .5% of American attorneys.
