Bob brings a background of hands-on business administration and acumen to his clients. Since 1991, he has been advising and representing clients in all types of business and commercial law matters. These include new entity formations (e.g. corporations, LLCs, and LLPs), REAL ESTATE purchase, sale, and leasing transactions, contract review and preparation, and employment issues (termination/disciplinary actions, policy handbooks, restrictive covenants and severance packages). Bob also advises and represents financial institutions, businesses and individuals in areas concerning lending and financing transactions, debt collection, lien law, breach of contract matters, property damage claims, and bankruptcy issues. Bob is a Shareholder in Menn Law Firm.
