Since 1981, Doug has been serving clients in the most important legal matters they encounter during their lives. In ESTATE PLANNING and probate, he assists clients in the planning and implementation of transferring their assets to their surviving family members, or other recipients, in a tax-efficient way. In the field of business law, he has assisted clients in establishing, purchasing and selling businesses, drafting and reviewing contracts and resolving business disputes. He conducts REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS for both individuals and businesses of all types. Doug is a Shareholder in Menn Law Firm, and has been its managing partner since 2006. Doug has spent his entire professional career with the firm.
