Brennan is a member of the firm's Business Practice Group and works at the Seymour office. Brennan brings a unique perspective to real estate law and land use issues by way of his graduate degree in environmental science and policy and prior work experience as an assistant zoning administrator. He is also a licensed title insurance agent and provides title and closing services. Brennan has experience in easement and property dispute matters; from drafting and insuring easements to litigating prescriptive easements and adverse possession claims. Additionally, Brennan counsels clients with estate planning needs and frequently drafts wills and power of attorney documents for health care, finance and property. He also practices business law and probate and assists business owners and farm families transition ownership and management from one generation to the next.
Being a native of Green Bay, Brennan enthusiastically supports the Packers and enjoys the outdoors. When not outside, he enjoys reading a good book, supporting the local arts, and spending time with his wife and children.
