Born and raised in the Fox Cities, Ian and his family are proud to call Appleton home. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to and throughout college, Ian immersed himself in small business practice and management, and the art of bicycle mechanics, at a downtown Appleton business. Ian is a cycling advocate who enjoys work with Fox Cities Greenways, Inc., a non-profit organization with a goal to increase non-motorized activity and transportation.
Ian attended law school at Marquette University where he graduated in 2010. While at Marquette, Ian donated over 250 hours of his time to the Wisconsin State Public Defender in Outagamie County, where he served as a student practice attorney. At the Public Defender's office, Ian gained invaluable courtroom experience and an in-depth understanding of the legal system.
Ian clerked for Menn Law while in law school, and is now honored to work with the experienced attorneys at Menn in their effort to assist residents of Northeast Wisconsin with excellent legal insight and representation. As an associate attorney in the Litigation Practice Group, Ian is interested in serving clients with needs including personal injury, worker's compensation, and insurance defense, as well as business, landlord-tenant and contractual disputes.
